About Us
Our Approach
Using the whole-body approach, Dr. McNichols and his team utilize chiropractic techniques to treat the cause of their patients’ pain, rather than just the symptoms. They pinpoint the root of the ailment, guiding their patients in working through the underlying causes of discomfort and disease. He helps his patients experience an improved quality of life, thanks to the specialized attention and treatment that the staff at East Lake Chiropractic & Medical Center extends to each person in St. Cloud, FL.
Education and the St. Cloud, FL Community
Dr. McNichols graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Health Service Administration. He then earned a “Doctor of Chiropractic” degree from the distinguished Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, the first college in the U.S. dedicated to chiropractic medicine.
Committed to his practice, he continues staying current by completing various programs, such as the Croft Whiplash Seminars: Whiplash and Brain Traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and becoming certified as a Titlist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Instructor. He is also a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Sports Council, the Florida Chiropractic Society, and works regularly as an athletic chiropractor for sports injuries and performance.
Chiropractic Care
Dr. McNichols has expertise in several different areas of chiropractic care and uses up-to-date holistic practices and technologies. However, he, as a chiropractor, understands that care extends beyond just back pain. One of his specialties is in treating the spinal column, which is a common and unsuspecting source of pain, even for symptoms that may seem unrelated. He also offers nutritional counseling, massage therapy, and other lifestyle advice to enhance your overall well-being.
His experience has qualified him to work with people of different ages, genders, and conditions. He conducts his practice on the principle that all pain and disease should be treated with four core methods: active care, passive care, nutrition, and mental being. His staff have backgrounds, including in nursing, health science, and biology. Together, they create a team of chiropractic professionals who have helped to improve the lives of many patients.
